About the service
EduResource ZA provides study resources and digital learning tools at eduresourcza.com. We provide supplementary study support; we do not offer formal courses, qualifications or completion certificates. For account and billing support, email [email protected]. Read these terms together with our Privacy policy, Refund & cancellation policy and Digital delivery policy. South African law applies, subject to any mandatory consumer rights.
Accounts and safe use
Use accurate details and protect your account credentials. Learners under 18 should involve a parent or guardian before making a purchase or sharing personal information. Do not bypass access controls, impersonate others, or upload material you have no right to share. Do not use the service to create, edit, distribute or facilitate non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual content involving minors, harassment or other unlawful abuse. Study tools support revision; verify your work against teacher guidance and the relevant memorandum. Some free study tools store work in your browser; export a backup before changing devices or clearing browser data.
Free and paid access
All public past papers and memoranda remain 100% free to read and study online in our Study Reader without purchasing a membership. Pro is R50 ZAR per month: 1-click offline PDF downloads to study without mobile data costs, 100% ad-free browsing, the side-by-side paper and memo reader (Dual View), 50 saved sessions, 200 journal entries, a 14-day revision schedule, and downloadable calendar and journal exports. Elite is R100 ZAR per month: everything in Pro, 200 sessions, 1,000 journal entries, a 42-day schedule, progress reports and printable revision packs. Free includes three sessions, five entries and a seven-day schedule. These limits apply to saved records. Paid subscriptions do not have a free trial; learners may choose Pro or Elite directly when they are ready to upgrade. Paid tools require the account holding the membership; no plan guarantees exam results.
Checkout and renewal
When monthly checkout is available, PayFast provides hosted checkout. Pro and Elite are recurring monthly subscriptions at the stated amount until cancelled; recurring payment is handled through PayFast's hosted card-payment flow. PayFast confirms card eligibility and available payment options at checkout. The checkout screen lets you review the plan, initial charge, renewal amount and terms before you separately authorize payment. Access begins only after our system verifies PayFast's payment notification. Returning to the site from PayFast is not proof that payment succeeded. We do not ask you to enter card numbers into our study forms.
Cancellation and remedies
Cancel future renewal without a cancellation fee through your PayFast buyer account or by emailing [email protected] from your account email. Email requests are handled manually; contact us before the next renewal and ask for confirmation. Access normally runs to the end of the paid period. We do not provide an additional discretionary change-of-mind refund once digital service has begun, but we investigate incorrect charges and provide any remedy required by law. See the full policy.
Educational content and rights
EduResource ZA-created software and study content may not be copied or resold without permission. Third-party examination papers, memoranda and other materials remain the property of their respective rights holders. Their availability here does not imply endorsement by an examination body or permission to redistribute them. Report a rights concern via contact; we will investigate and remove or correct material where appropriate.
Changes and contact
We may maintain or correct the service. Material changes to a paid plan or future price will be communicated before they affect a new purchase or renewal. If a paid feature fails or differs materially from its description, contact [email protected]. Nothing in these terms removes non-excludable rights under applicable South African law.
