EduResource ZA supplies its memberships and study tools online. We do not ship parcels or charge a physical delivery fee. Public past papers and memoranda can be opened from the resource catalogue without purchasing a membership.
When access starts
Paid membership access starts after our server receives and verifies PayFast's payment notification. A return to the website from checkout alone does not confirm a successful payment. Activation is normally prompt but can be delayed by payment or network processing. Sign in with the same account used at checkout and check your account status before attempting another payment.
What you need
Use a current browser and internet connection for online tools. Downloadable PDFs require a compatible viewer. Browser-stored notes, flashcards and study plans can be exported from Settings before you clear browser data or switch devices. Access to Pro and Elite benefits depends on the account with the active membership.
Missing access or damaged files
If you were charged but cannot access the paid feature, email [email protected] with your account email and PayFast payment reference. Do not send card numbers or pay a second time while we investigate. For an unreadable file or broken link, include the URL, document title and error. Available corrections and remedies are explained in our refund and cancellation policy.
